I ordered a last minute xmas present for my mum the week before christmas and it arrived the following day which was suprising in such a busy period. Item was also beautifully wrapped.

Initially, had the after sales service been good, I would have rated this company as good, possibly excellent. I would recommend this company to check the quality of their products more carefully...
