Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the hoody. As the hoody is for a primary school age child and delivered to a primary school we are unable to include the draw cord. We've included more details on the delivery note which was included with the hoody.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. With regards to the draw cord, there are some guidelines which advise against supplying primary schools (age under 14) with the draw cord. We've included more information on the delivery note which came with the hoody. Sorry to see you've received and extra 's' too. If you'd like to return to the school office we can collect and get that fixed for you.
Excellent quality, needed new aprons for school science department. Can't fault these.
