Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have checked the Royal Mail tracker this morning and this shows that the package was delivered yesterday (10/01/23). Due to the recent postal strikes this has caused a delay in the delivery.

Service can improve.
It did not arrive on time and when it did I missed the delivery as it arrived on a day that wasn't scheduled to arrive so had to request redelivery again arrived on a different day than arranged.
