Ordered 66 fit EVA foam roller on 15 April. I was advised on 20 April that the item was out of stock and that I would receive a full refund. It’s now 11 May and I have still not received this refund...

I have still not received the refund, even though I have spoken to them on the phone and sent more e mails. To make matters worse today they have taken another payment from my credit card!

Service was OK. Goods received promptly. They were not as I anticipated. I had already in the past purchased what I thought was the same. I am still waiting to hear from 66fit Re returning the goods.

We have contacted Royal Mail this morning, who have confirmed that due to the bank holiday there has been a delay with deliveries. Although, have re-assured that your item should arrive in the next few days.
