I have to say that I received some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced from you went above and beyond to get a birthday present to me on time when the delay was no body...
Money was taken out of my account 1 week later than expected and so made me go overdrawn.

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. Actually, we received your money the day you placed your order, so the delay in the debit from your account is down to your Paypal settings - which have possibly defaulted to 'payment on delivery'. Here is a link to find out more and change these settings. http://tinyurl.com/n299ahk We sell lots of phone cases, and haven't received any negative feed-back, so we are very sorry you are not happy with yours. We'd love to have the opportunity to put this right for you, so if you could email us a photo of your product to info@zippi.co.uk and what your concern is in more detail, we will investigate this further as a matter of urgency and discuss arranging a replacement.
