Our delivery algorithm is based on the weight of items and when an order becomes more expensive to send by Royal Mail than courier, it defaults to courier.
I have repeated your order on Amazon (2 sets of lights and 3 packs of spare bulbs) and the charge for postage would have been £6.80.
To the delay in delivery for that I can only apologise on behalf of the courier. We did despatch on time but unfortunately close to Christmas some items so take slightly longer to be delivered.
