The Post Office Shop does not require takes payments for goods on order and does not require any user to pay or transfer any money into their account in advance.

Very slow postage but overall communications etc good.

Here at The Post Office Shop, Customer Experience is of great concern and the delay in receiving your stamps was of an unacceptable amount of time. One of the reasons which may have contributed to the long delay was one of the items you ordered being obsolete, however we are conducting further investigations into your order and i we have any other findings we will contact you in due course.
