Made a booking from email link that said I would get mystery discount of 8%, 12% or 20%
Nowhere in the booking did it allow me to apply any discount

Service fine but the room didn’t actually exist that we paid for. The hotel rand personally to cancel

Scam, not hotel room.
This is a scam. You are not booking a hotel room, this is a private house in the middle of a housing estate in the middle of nowhere.
We didn't bother to try to check in, just drove off again and...
