Booking process very simple. Bit disappointed that your booking page said full breakfast included but once we received our confirmation, it was only for a continental breakfast. Otherwise awesome.

I wanted to cancel the booking altogether. There was no window/option to go to so I had to make a telephone call first to Australia's office, then to the American office.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we're governed by the hotels specific change and cancellation policies which are displayed on the hotel pages on our site. The change and cancellation policies are the hotel's policies and outside of our control. The rules and restrictions associated with non-refundable/non-cancellation room rates are usually strict given the competitive pricing for these rooms. Free Cancellation & Non-Refundable Rate Plans are standard practice for hotel bookings, and we try and make these as transparent as possible on our site. Apologies for any confusion.
