Whilst it is a pity that you felt that there was a 'lack of contact', we are pleased that we were able to assist you in the sale of your two weeks of timeshare and were able to complete the transfer of ownership to the new owner within our advised timescales and that you have received your proceeds of sale as agreed.
We do hope that you would consider using our services again in the future if the need ever arises.
