Incompetent shipping department. Failed to check contents before shipment which meant the first delivery was wrong. Considering that they were shipped 12,00 miles this stupidity is without excuse.

Sorry for the initial mistake - unfortunately where human beings are involved there can be mistakes, I hope though that the remedial action that we took helped to put the situation right

Have used twice and would definely use again and recommend! All-round excellence!
The web-site was user-friendly, and the delivery amazingly fast. I was very impressed with the efficiency, and also with the quality of the dressing gown I bought: it's lovely!
