awfull delivery service paid 3,65 delivery didn't have it on time and didn't have a email of confirmation of deliver never order again

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your delivery issue and can see you paid £2.95 for our standard delivery option on Thursday morning, which is a 2-4 working day service. The order was despatched on the Thursday and collected by Royal Mail that evening. Looking at the tracking they attempted to deliver on the Saturday however they was nobody in and there was no safe place so the parcel was taken back to the Post Office for collection. I apologise that you didn't get an email confirming despatch however this is not a service we provide on Royal Mail deliveries. You can track the status of your orders if you set up an account.
