We are very sorry that you have been unhappy with the service.
Firstly, all our feedback is done independently by Feefo. We have no control over when Feefo sends the email and if a customer has selected a delivery date in the future sometimes this results in the customer being asked for feedback before the delivery has arrived.
We are sorry to hear that the delivery company did not meet our usual high standards. Unfortunately like most businesses, we must rely on couriers, and occasionally they do not perform as expected. I'm really sorry hear that the courier delivered your product before your chosen delivery date. We always book the delivery for the date that you choose when placing your order. I do apologise that the courier has let us down on this occasion.
