I am very sorry to hear this. We have gone ahead and issued your refund right away today. Please allow 3-7 working days for the funds to post. Nice product,shame about delivery lateness

Product As expected, delivery late so it missed the birthday date (the suppliers fault) - I don’t think “free postage next time” is really helpful or appropriate
