food is awesome, highly recommend , I get 3 meals per Large Box, VALUE !
The ladies were polite and very accommodating in helping me choose with selections.

nice meal, ok service
The service was reasonably quick. Could do a little more in greeting a person and being more friendly. Tried something new and enjoyed the meal.

Tried to ring in an order, rang twice with no response. No one picked up the phone, why bother having a telephone service!
Drove in , when ordering had the wrong order so had to wait for the right...

Apologies for your recent experience at Noodle Box. We will escalate the telephone issue to the State Business Manager. At Peak times potentially the phone might not be answered to ensure orders are going out quickly. The majority of our takeaway orders are ordered online and if you do need to order ahead and the phone isn't being picked up, you can login to our site www.wokinabox.com.au for order to be picked up at your local store. However apologies for the mix up with your order. The Restaurant should have prawn crackers and we will follow this up for you. If you would like anyone to get back to you or to discuss this further.
