Very prompt service and the packaging is elegant and is beautiful itself, even before looking at the purchase. The scarf and sweater I've purchased are excellent quality and have become favorites.
I am really sorry to hear that the image on the website did not match the colour intensity of the scarf itself. The fine knit can be hard to photograph and it also depends on the type of server you have on your computer. I hope you will try us again some time and we will do our best to make the colours as accurate as we can.
