Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry that you were disappointed by the cost of your journey. We use Flexi-Pricing, which means that prices for a particular crossing may increase in line with demand for that crossing. Our fares also reflect the cost of running our service (which is not subsidised). The sooner you book, the more likely you are to pay a lower fare and fares will generally get higher the closer you get to the sailing date, particularly during busier times. Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us. We hope to see you onboard again soon.

Hello, I am very sorry that you experienced delays when travelling with us and for the disruption this had on your travel plans. We do appreciate the frustration caused when delays happen however, the safety of our customers and crew is our highest priority and our teams work extremely hard to get back to running a full service as soon as possible. The port staff will always have a plan on how a boat will be loaded to maximise capacity so I can only apologise if it seemed like others were being loaded on to the ferry that you feel shouldn't have been. Once again, my apologies that you feel this way but appreciate you sharing your review as we are always looking for ways we can improve. I do hope if you choose to travel with us again, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.

Victoria of Wight is the biggest ferry in our fleet – running on hybrid energy, bringing a new, greener era of travel between the Isle of Wight and the mainland. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We do allow booked traffic on as long the check in time is adhered to. If arriving once check in has closed, unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you would be accomodated. The staff will their best to accomodate you wherever they can but, we do have to have a cut off to finalise numbers and to not delay the service.
