When I deal with Westminster directly they as always polite and call back when they say.

As the 2026 Certified BU Annual Coin Set is sold and certified as one complete item, we’re unfortunately unable to replace individual coins from the set. To ensure the integrity and certification of the product, the full set does need to be returned to us so we can arrange a complete exchange for you. Once the set is back with us, we’ll make sure a full replacement is issued as quickly as possible so you can receive the correct set in full.
