Какво каза Janis Rowlands за Water-to-Go:
Unfortunately royal mail have failed to deliver this order as yet, 2/9/23. So I am unable to review. Sack the management of royal mail, and get the company running properly...sorry, I could not...

Hi Janis,
'glad to hear that we now have the correct address and the product has now been re-shipped to you. I hope you are pleased with your purchase and maybe can send further feedback!
Regards from The WatertoGo team!
It all went very smoothly and I have recommended them to my sisiter who has now aslo bought a bottle!
The only downside is the new filters are very expensive.

Hi Gillian,
Thanks for the feedback, we appreaciate the recommendation to your sister!
As regards the price of the filters, a twin pack at £25 is £12.50 per filter. Each filter delivers 200 litres of fresh clean SAFE drinking water. That works out at less than 7p per litre, cheaper than bottled water and so much better for the planet! And don't forget, you can use GIVEME10 at checkout and get 10% discount on all products to get an even better price!
Good bottle. Slow delivery. Requires good suction pressure

Dear client,
Sorry to be formal but you opted for a privacy setting .
The active bottle is squeezy so you should be able to decant easily. Please ensure the filter is fully actiavted by soaking it in water. This will improve the flow rate. If you have any more questions please contact us on info@watertogo.international.
Thanks
