Unhappy with the service

Paid for next day delivery which didn't happen, goods were only shipped the next day we needed them for a contract didn't get a refund Will not use again

Hi Roy. We are really sorry that the delivery didn’t arrive on time as we have a 99% success rate. On the rare occasion that a delivery is late, we expect to give a full refund and I am sorry that this hasn’t happened. A full refund of the delivery charge has been put through and Scott, from our Customer Services team has been in contact and apologised in person. Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and would also like to offer you free next day delivery off your next order as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you.

Item not as advertised. I expected it to be odourless according to description on website. However, it was far from odourless!! Caused me to have a terrible headache as a result off the fumes
