Booking process straight forward and staff very helpful with subsequent requests to add transfers.Also very helpful with queries regarding train tickets

We were very impressed with the efficient and friendly way Viva sent all the necessary hotel, travel and excursion vouchers. The rail journeys, tours and connections went without any serious hitches....
