We would recommend both the Island, and Visit IoM as a booking agent.

As discussed, the room booked at the hotel was a twin room and we were surprised to hear you were charged an extra £20.00 on your arrival. We have since spoken with the hotel and they have agreed to honour our original agreement and refund the charge.
I can confirm the £20.00 has now been refunded.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused and we hope you had a great trip.
