I thank you for your feedback and the time that you have spent doing this. I have had a look at the form you completed and chatted to Pam and note there was some confusion in the way that the information was shown to us. However, Pam did give you a phone call to clarify matters and I am very pleased that she managed to resolve this to your satisfaction.

We thank you for your feedback - we appreciate the time you have taken to do this. You are correct that the renewal invitation is sent out direct by the insurer to you. They are the only insurers we deal with that do this and it is a system that we cannot change. However, being a broker means that we deal with lots of insurers and we would be very happy to move you to another as you don't like us being left out from the renewal process. You have adjusted your policy several times with us already so you are aware that we are not "out of the loop" and are very happy to administer your policy for anything you like - except inviting renewal!
