Sorry to hear that the gift bag was left in the drivers vehicle and he had to go back to drop it off. I will try to ensure errors like this don't happen in future.
With regard to the blooms, if you ever have concerns with quality its always good to contact us as soon as you are aware there is an issue so we can remedy the problem. We do send a picture text to our customer before the flowers leave the shop so that we can make changes if needed.
