Fantastic company, so helpful and great knowledge.

brilliant service i lostmy voucher and they sorted another one direct to the hotel
The only thing we were disappointed with was the flight company (emarites) did not know we were a honeymoon couple. Others on the flight were getting extras for special occasions...surely that should...
Prompt and helpful contact. Susan was very thorough. Although one comment " my colleague went in the 80's" would suggest that maybe reps don't try the hotels that often?
