It took over a month from ordering to receiving the items no email to say…
It took over a month from ordering to receiving the items no email to say why or if there was a problem. Was very disappointed as I normally get items with in ten days

When an order is placed, we do send an email confirming your order and expected delivery dates. We are currently implementing new improved systems and process which will enable us to contact you should TTS not meet these dates.
