Hi Claire,
We're sorry that your parcel did not arrive in time for you holiday. As your order was placed on Friday 17th February it has only had 6 working days to allow delivery. As per our Delivery page https://www.treatyourskin.com/delivery/ we suggest allowing up to 20 working days when shipping outside of Europe.
