Great Experience

The cruise assistant Sara-Jane was very helpful, polite, well spoken and courteous when I called to enquire about a cruise. She went out of her way to answer any questions I asked her.

More transparent in services

Should be more transparent about fee in cancellation terms. High pressure talk to customers into the deals . Deal prices are not consistent with the liner offer in ads. Just my experience with you...
