I still have not received my order. At checkout the arrival date was listed as Nov 30. I emailed customer service and they said it would be here by December 11. It’s now Dec 11 and still have not...

I paid for rush shipping and the items ordered were a week late. Customer service didn't respond in a timely manner and then did not refund the rush shipping cost as I requested.

Order not received
I placed my order a month ago and still have not received it. I have reached out to customer service and the response I got was not helpful and did not resolve the issue.

I did not receive my initial order in the mail, even though tracking said it had been delivered, and Ionela was very helpful in organizing a replacement set of labels for me.
