Customer placed web order, not phone order, and selected the wrong goods, we offered to take them back and give full refund from the beginning. This is undisputed. Took all of his frustration and anger out on us for his failure to check compatibility, not fair. He totally went about this the wrong way, very unprofessional. He sent threatening email, and refused to send back goods. We gave full refund and covered all of his costs. You just cannot keep some people happy! I might add, he did come back and order another disk from us. Selling to this guy should be a case of treading very carefully.
