wonderful weeks
We had absolutely no problem with the agency. We had a wonderful few weeks in London and staying in an apartment which offered everything made a huge difference to our holiday.

Efficient but a little inflexible
Very efficient service but having rented the apartment for 3 weeks, they were unwilling to offer any discount for an additional 4 day booking so we went elsewhere. Such a shame as a small discount...

Hello L, thank you for making the effort to leave us some feedback. We would have gladly given you a deal for length of stay but the booking was already discounted at the start of your stay and we did not have any more margin to reduce.

Very enjoyable stay
This "micro-apartment" worked very well, literally blocks from the London Bridge...thus eliminates the need for subway and bus rides if you are willing to walk a bit for sight-seeing. Underground...

Hello L, thank you for the useful feed back. We will have to check what has happened to the oven instructions. Washer dryers are not robust machines. The Dryer function is not as effective as if you have a free standing dedicated machine and really only appropriate for a small number of items at any one time. Space constraints in London don't always allow for both a washer and dryer so the combo machines are a compromise.

well orgainsied
The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well organised. We had some difficulties on finding reception coming from London Bridge underground station, but then we'll have very good services.
