Did exactly what they said they would cant argue with that.
On-going issue regarding a product i bought from The BBQ Store 2 weeks ago... still not resolved. Items damaged, took more than a week to receive 1 replacement part, when it did turn up, it was also...

Clearly not an outlet that cares about service or has efficient staff members. Spoke to three different staff who couldn't answer the most basic questions.

We have kept all records of correspondence and we feel we have kept you informed all the way. this is the last correspondence which we are still waiting for you to get back to us.
Hello again Mr W........, I have tried to call you today on 07......... but could not get hold of you. The Outback director has said we can offer £30.00 compensation as well as sending new parts (which has now been done), please confirm this is okay. Alternatively we can pick the whole thing up for you and send a replacement. Please note the BBQ will need to be securely packaged in order for our couriers to collect from you, please let us know what you would like to be done for you and we will arrange this.
Our staff do not deserve the abuse that you gave them over the telephone.
We never ignore telephone calls if no-one is answering it means all available staff are on the phone
We are still happy to resolve the problem but only if it is in a respectable manner
delivery was as they said it would be however,
The box had several layers of sealing tape which made it look as it had already been opened.

These BBQ's are sent out sealed by the manufacturer, sometimes the couriers will re-seal them if they feel the need, we sent you a replacement handle, we have also sent you a free gift for the inconvenience caused.
