Of course, we truly understand how frustrating this may have been for you, especially when having the risk to miss a flight. We have checked the details from your reservation with our team and we can see that although you booked for a minivan indeed the special luggage option was not added, but only mentioned on remarks. Usually, when our clients are travelling with a huge number of items or big ones, we recommend adding the special luggage option in order for the driver to arrange the transfer as well as possible. However, we completely understand that since you booked for a minivan you assumed that there would be enough room. Also, we can assure you that we have taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. Punctuality is one of our main values and under any circumstances, our client's should feel stressful before going to the airport during any of our transfers. In addition, the drop off should have been at the exact place you stated in the reservation. We really want to make sure that the situation that you, unfortunately, experienced never happen again. This is not the type of service we want to offer to our most valuable customers. Regarding the alternative transportation that you had to take, we would like to kindly ask you if you were charged any extra costs for it.
