Many thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate hearing from our customers. Please allow me to reply to your concerns.
1) Apologies for the confusion re the USD offer of free shipping. This was absolutely not an intentional ploy to trick our Canadian Customers. We have amended this messaging and wont happen again
2) the delivery times to Canada were severely delayed due the the incredible delays Canada Post were experiencing from November until Mid January. Unfortunately it was completely out of our control as we sent your package within 2 days of receiving your order. Delivery times from Ireland to Canada are now back to normal (10 days)

Service is usually very good but this time it was very slow. However I believe the tardiness was on the Canadian postal service.
It arrived without a hitch but it took almost 2 full months to get here. There was no tracking available after the beginning of January and I was afraid it had been lost in the mail.
