I ordered from outside Australia I was surprised as there was no tracking number to track the whereabouts of my shipment , though the customer service was quick in replying and they were helpful

poor service, after paying using PayPal. no tracking number or never informed us that item was shipped.
no tracking, even a 10 dollar product purchased in china has tracking number.
