I found it frustrating that there was no tracking code issued to me for my package. I also asked a question to customer service and waited two days for a reply.

The bag is fab, however I ordered the wrong size and emailed them over 4 days ago and haven’t heard back.

Easy to purchase online, and my packages were quickly dispatched. Received in great bubble wrap packages. Highly recommend Thank you Fiona
