Everybody appears to pass their course with a distinction! I feel this lessens the award. It would make people feel better if a grading system was used.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to read about the inconveniences you experienced in getting your certificate. You can imagine with international students that we want to be sure everything is entirely correct before we post the certificate, doing our best to ensure safe delivery of the important document.
Unfortunately, emailing a soft copy of a certificate is not a standard practice that we offer our students and only do so in extraordinary circumstances. Our admin staff did, in fact, try to scan your document to email it to you, but we've been having technical difficulties with the scanner and were unsuccessful.
I do apologise for the delay you've experienced in getting your certificate, but can assure you it has been posted and you should receive it soon.
