Prompt responses were given to email requests; however there were issues regarding the computer and submitted assignments. These were resolved. There was also an issue receiving specific question...
I enjoyed completing the course, especially the flexibility of it. I found the college to be very professional and anyone I had contact with very helpful and courteous.

We work hard to make sure our course materials are of high quality and up to date. However, with over 700 courses on offer, sometimes things slip through the cracks. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to our course development team so that they can take it into consideration.
Regarding credits, we are not registered with UCAS, and therefore our courses carry no UCAS credits. However, many universities are happy to accept all types of courses that demonstrate a high level of ambition and passion for the relevant field. This is increasingly the case in adult/mature learners who do not have A-Levels/GCSEs, etc. It very much depends on each individual university and student/candidate. Therefore, when prospective students call us to enquire about our courses, we always encourage them to contact the university directly to ask about their requirements for entry.
