Very quick with feedback, but help line were not overly helpful on the rare occasion that I had to make a call in with a query

I am very happy with the tutor feedback, the comments were good and the speed of the arrival of the certificate was excellent. Only down side was when I had to call the helpline with a couple of queries and I didn't get a very helpful response each time which led to me not calling back again when I had further questions. Must stress that my tutor was very good and course material was fair.
Very pleased with Stonebridge. Very quick at marking work and i liked the way they sent feedback. Certificates are also sent quickly unlike other organisations.
The course was well explained in the coursework material. Tutors were very approachable by telephone and given good practical advice. I would highly recommend Stonebridge Associated Colleges and...
