I have sent many emails and leave many phone messages regarding a course I signed up for and nobody did not get back to me, I have a management course I already paid for and cannot even start it...

They should help their students that are doing online courses......... I would like to further my studies but cannot do so with the experience I have had, right now I already paid for a course and it can be viewed on my profile, but its just sitting there because I dont know how to get to the next page after viewing the first...... this one is different I would like to print it and read then answer my questions. If they can send it in the mail I will appreciate it.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting through to us. The best way to reach us is by phone on +44 (0) 1288 356300, between the hours of 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday through Friday. Alternatively, feel free to email us on info@stonebridge.uk.com.
When you email or call, be sure to include your student reference number and as much information as possible so that we can help you.
Also, please note that as an online student, you are welcome to print your course materials from your own computer if you would prefer to read them in hard copy. Or, you can always order hard copies of your course materials from us and we'll post them out to you.
