I had a follow up phone call from Steffans regarding my review. They very kindly reimbursed me for my bus fare to Northampton, expense i incurred returning the incorrect bracelet. They had also spent time sourcing the correct bracelet but i had already bought one but still i appreciated their efforts...and i felt their apologies were very sincere. Although not purchased from Steffans the tan brown triple bracelet when creamed with leather cream looked lovely. However, it does dry out quickly. Much prefer the previous triple dark brown platted bracelet i bought years ago.
Rang Npton, got told if I ordered online could collect same day. Ended up collecting next day as things had to be sent from market harborough Got to store having checked on phone that stock was in....

Really happy with the service and would recommend to anybody
Website was easy to use and place an order. It arrived quickly especially so close to Christmas. It was all wrapped beautifully and came with a really nice free gift. Overall a much better experience...
