First line of address was not on envelope so it was only because I work for the post office and the postman knew me that I actually received my parcel

ordered on line for instore collection and the packaging looked brilliant no need to wrap
Excellent service, packaging and fantastic customer support throughout the process, a little hiccup and they pounced onto the problem and had it rectified fantastically quick, cannot recommend them...

Prompt service and dealt with my return and refund quickly without fuss.
