Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Im sorry you have had this negative experience. We always try and respond to our customers as soon as possible. We are extremely busy at the moment due to the current situation, which Im sure you can appreciate. Despite this we have still maintained service levels, within our process, which allows up to 7 working days for us to respond to all email requests. We do aim to send them out the same day where ever possible. I appreciate this may not have been the case for you. If you have not yet received a response and it is outside of the 7 working day time period please call us on 01244 200746 we will try and help.

Still waiting for the letter and after having the loan for only 18 months the settlement was so high, money grabbing company 1/10

These are clearly unprecedented times that none of us have experienced before and we are reviewing the situation daily in line with government advice. While our terms and conditions do not allow for payment holiday we understand that at this difficult time people may struggle to make payment. Our fully trained staff are trying to help as many customers as we can and are assessing each account on an individual basis. It is likely you will be asked for evidence of illness or loss of earnings for missed payments, please do not be offended, we ask all our customers to do the same. If you are going to struggle to make your payment please contact us on 01244 200793.
