Very easy to use their online services. Do find having to use ‘approve’ to get a code first a bit frustrating though!!

No contact was received
The only contact we have had recently is a statement to say our one year deposit has been withdrawn. Hopefully this is not the case as we have not given any withdrawal instructions

Customer service staff were very helpful on the telephone- but I was surprised that it took 4 days for a direct transfer of funds into the account to be credited although good value was provided.
