Mainly, we have not received and therefore not processed a refund for the order.
I would suggest that potentially you might be referring to an order placed with a different company.
We would kindly ask if it is therefore possible to amend the review score.

Easy to order online & easy to phone if necessary. Delivery was within a few days & driver positioned pallet to within an inch as requested even though I wasn't there.
