I've used Shield for several years but this year for the first time their service was poor. I had to call twice chasing up my renewal and eventually renewed via my phone call. The renewal letter...

I am so happy. Hope they can continue to deliver.

Shield were happy to insure me for a reasonable premium. I had almost lost hope because companies are refusing to insure Tabberts. Shield listened to my circumstances before being judgemental.

Not snobby, very easy to contact, easy to work with

No hassle renewal, all done online, they were one of the few to even consider insuring my camper so for that they deserve my loyalty.
