Phone was answered promptly by a polite young man who dealt with my query efficiently and sought advise on points he was unsure of.

Very helpful on the phone giving me just what i needed

Price and options quite reasonable

could do with a park copy of the policy certificate and a customer copy other companies do it

Seem efficient and on the ball. You never know how good they really are until you need to claim which you hope you never have to do. So I hope I never find out.

I needed custom insurance for a self build camper which they provided at a reasonable cost. Shield talked me through the process with them reminding me to send them photos when required.
