Took a long time to get to advisor

Staff friendly and knowledgeable - got what I needed without any issues, thank you

The online form was quick and easy to fill in and the quote we received was very competitive, this is the second year running we have used Shield total insurance and will most likely be using them...

Provided good insurance at a reasonable cost.

As Shield are operated through GEM it seems obvious that they would be a good insurer. I haven't needed to claim so I don't know what that aspect is like.

Don't know. This is a first motorhome and therefore motorhome insurance. Good service if required will guarantee loyalty.
