Very helpful when first contacted by phone!
Also when rang back to ask questions nothing was too much trouble!
Everything in the ticket wallet was easy to understand and use.
Our rep at the resort...
They provided great service when our flight was cancelled. Once contacted they arranged an alternative flight and accommodation promptly and were very helpful.

Good customer service, Knowledgeable staff and well presented and useful documentation.

Villa & garden was clean + tidy on arrival as you would expect.
The welcome pack...
