Good website and products, but very slow delivery service, with poor communication re delayed items. This feedback was requested 10 days after purchase of in-stock goods, and I have not received them!

We are currently tighening our systems to despatch orders within 3-5 days. Apologies for the delay in your order, we had to await new stock from the suppliers.

The order was sent on the 6th May, we hope these goods have now arrived. Apologies for the delay, we had to await new stock from the suppliers.

This order was despatched on the 4th May and has now been delivered. Due to a few delays for which we apologise for, we are now tighening our systems to arrange delivery within 3-5 days.

very efficient staff and clear and consise information - goods were promised next day and were delivered next day would definitely use again

We apologise for this extremely long delay, this was sent on the 10th May and has now been delivered, two of the items were on order with our suppliers which is why the order was not sent.
